Site analytics

We use privacy-preserving web analytics that do not set cookies and do not collect personally identifying information.

Call tracking

Phone numbers route through our affiliate network partner. Call duration, originating area code, and (sometimes) recording are captured for quality assurance. The lead passes to the independent licensed roofing contractor handling your dispatch.

Alabama one-party consent

Alabama is a one-party consent state for call recording under Ala. Code § 13A-11-30 et seq. Only one party to the conversation must consent to the recording for it to be lawful. When you place a call through the number on this site, the affiliate network is a party to that call and may record for quality, training, and dispute-resolution purposes. The IVR or live dispatcher typically provides recording disclosure at call connection as a matter of professional practice, even though Alabama law does not require all-party consent.

What we don't collect

We do not operate user accounts, do not store your name, address, or contact details server-side, and do not sell your information to third parties for advertising.
